1. Where’s my order?
You can track your order by putting the tracking number and email HERE or contact us
2. I ordered multiple items, why did I only receive one?
For logistical reasons, items in the same order will sometimes be sent in separate packages so they get to you faster. You may receive one item before the next. So don’t panic if you don’t receive all of your items at once… they are on the way!
3. Can I cancel/change my address/order?
We cannot cancel orders under any circumstances.
Please email us as soon as possible if you wish to change your orders details. Note that once the item has been fulfilled and marked as shipped, we are not able to make any changes to your order. If you have any questions about returns or exchanges, please contact us.
4. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards through the Stripe. We also accept PayPal. All charges are made in USD (United States Dollars).
